Take a look at the photos of the wires to the left. From top to bottom, they're 20 gauge wire, on a 15 metre roll; 24 gauge wire on a 20 metre spool; and 28 gauge wire on a 40 metre spool. As you can tell, they come in a brilliant range of colours, and all are non-tarnish enamelled copper.
